Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to one-time digital purchases made on the Timing website (timingai.app), operated by Spark Timing, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") and processed by Stripe — for example, the World Cup Zone Group Stage Pass and Full Tournament Pass. These are one-time purchases; they are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Purchases made through the mobile app stores are governed by those stores' terms and our Terms of Use.
1. Digital content & immediate access
Our passes are digital content delivered immediately: as soon as you complete payment, the premium predictions are unlocked. Where the law gives you a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days (for example, in the EU and UK), you expressly agree at checkout to receive immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is unlocked.
2. When you can get a refund
We will refund a purchase in these cases:
- Technical problem or duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once, or a fault on our side prevented you from accessing what you paid for, we refund in full.
- Changed your mind, barely used it — within 7 days of purchase, provided you have made little or no use of the pass (i.e. few or none of the matches it covers have been played or viewed since your purchase).
3. Time-sensitive content
These passes predict specific, dated matches, so their value is delivered as those matches are played. Once a meaningful part of the content a pass covers has been delivered — for example, the stage it covers is already underway and several of its matches have been played since your purchase — the purchase is generally no longer eligible for a discretionary "changed my mind" refund. Your statutory rights (where they apply) are unaffected.
4. How to request a refund
The fastest way is the self-serve refund page in the World Cup Zone, which checks your purchase against this policy: timingai.app/innerlab/world-cup-fortune/refund. You can also email us at support@sparkingtiming.com with the email address you purchased with.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, access to the corresponding pass is removed.
