Timing provides rhythm-based insights, AI-generated suggestions, and energy-aligned guidance for self-reflection, emotional regulation, and productivity enhancement. All features are provided for informational and lifestyle purposes only.

By using the App, you agree:

• Not to misuse the service, disrupt systems, or interfere with other users
• Not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the App
• To provide truthful and accurate information when prompted
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

All content, visual elements, source code, algorithms, branding, and design within the App are owned or licensed by Spark Timing, Inc., and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or modify any part without our explicit written permission.

Spark Timing, Inc. does not offer medical or psychological advice. Our platform provides only general information related to health and well-being. We explicitly state that we are not a psychological service. If you have concerns about your mental well-being, it is crucial to consult a licensed psychologist or mental health professional.

Before starting any new exercise routines or wellness practices, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider. Spark Timing, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your engagement with our health, wellness, or other content.

If the App offers premium features or subscriptions:

• Payments are processed via the App Store and governed by their terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings
• Virtual goods and insights are non-refundable unless required by law

All recommendations, forecasts, and insights are generated through algorithmic and user-input-based analysis. We do not guarantee accuracy or results. The App is not a substitute for professional advice in health, psychology, finance, or law.

Use of the App is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from decisions based on app content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Timing, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons, including technical or legal issues.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, in English. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or updates. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
